Re: [Webster's: Cris, Daniel & Sam]
Cris ignored the rolled eyes, and he touched his wife. He didn't even think nothing about how maybe Daniel could get jealous. It didn't occur to him, so it was good it didn't happen. He just focused on bringing Sam to life—nah, not bringing her to life. To kinda balancing out the vampire parta her, like how if you had 1 to -1 it becomes 0. It pared her back to humanity. Sam was smiling, gums pink and chest heaving a lil too much.—Cris' hand stayed where it was. He looked at Daniel, trying to gauge the guy's reaction to alla this.
Mostly, he was staring. Daniel was. Cris cocked his head. He didn't get what the gringo was saying 'bout it not just being summer and his face showed it. His brows lifted when the elder vampire turned dark gaze to him. To illustrate, he removed his hand from where it sat at the gringa's nape—and she'd cool, huh? She'd go back. It was a contact thing. "I know you burn. Prolly worse than that. As long as I hold onto her, you, whoever, it'd be fine. It's total..." What was a good word? "Negation or somethin'. You're gonna say it's too dangerous." And maybe he was right. In a way.
