Re: Tim D/Damian W
I have fostered a relationship with Catalone that has proven to be longer lasting and more fruitful than anything with Father. She is often selfish, yes, but not always. I do not know how you do not see that this would benefit her. It is not as if she wishes her boyfriend to be old. And I do not know. I believe it is the unknown that frightened her, as they, unknowns, tend to, I have noticed. She does not wish her boyfriend to suffer unduly. I did not say it was probable. You would do well, however, not to draw conclusions from five or six people. However improbable her fear, it is not illogical. [...] No, I know him, not well, but enough. He will not. Again, Nelson might be your most willing and able candidate. I know you see him as but a criminal and are jealous of his relationship with Miller, but he too has more than proven himself. He has collaborated with me more than once to assist Leena and others. If, however, Nelson is unwilling, I will do it and if it is not reversible, so be it.
Ask her what has befallen her. She must be gifted in some way to have reacted as she did. She might not wish to divulge this information so early in your relationship, but you will relay that it is important and that the goal is to help the town. [...] There is, yes, but you may not bring anyone to it, save yourself. Is that understood?
[......] This would be my preference. I am grateful for your assistance in this manner I cannot deal with on my own.
