The only tea I didn't put in is Lapsang Souchong. You should probably try it as well, if only because it smells like bonfires and fall. My mother used to make it when I was small and it made the house smell like ashes and warmth. It's all black tea, which is probably as well because white tea is impossible to get hold of from out here unless you order it a very long time in advance. White tea, is however, meant to be the pinnacle of teas. I'm not sure I agree, but I'm a heathen not from China. I've never tried white peony, but I've ordered that one, and you can see if you agree with the pinnacle-ness of white tea or not.
