Re: Sonrisa, log: Dietre A & Cris M
"It is nice to meet you." The standard ingrained response when introduced to someone. Not to imply that Dietre didn't mean it. He did, but there was always that nagging feeling of impending doom telling him it would be better to keep his online relationships online. Safer. Less at stake.
The patting made Dietre tense. And because he tensed he frowned at himself. Would Cris be offended? The gesture had been meant as friendly, yet he had reacted negatively. Why couldn't he do anything right? First impressions were so very important, but he always messed things up. He had to struggled against getting caught up in the endless tail chasing that was his negative thought process. Luckily he had a goal to focus on, which Cris reminded him of.
Dietre did follow, gaze sweeping from side to side as the passed various supplies. He then cast an unethused eye to the canvases. They were practical, but nothing more. Dietre rejected them with a subtle shake of his head.
"Something special," he echoed. "Yes... that's what I want." But what would an angel consider special? It took a while, but his sleep deprived brain sparked with a little more information that hopefully would help. "I think oil paints aren't allowed. So-- So we can omit those from our options..?"
