quicklog: eddie/steph in front of memory den
[There usually wasn't much of a crowd outside of the Memory Den. If people were going to loiter, it would be across the street in front of the bar or over by the shops. The Memory Den was more of a place that you could slip in and out of, ashamed by your own nostalgia addiction. Eddie? Wouldn't step foot in there. He messed around with hallucinogens and weed, but something that could pluck his past out of his mind and let him relive it? Well, they'd never get him out of there, would they?
Today was different. Today there was a crowd outside of the Memory Den. People shouting, chatting with each other and just there to see the show. In the middle were two men, both from Second City. One angry and convinced that his "brother" was nothing more than a copy-cat. Eddie could protect these people from most supernatural stuff, but lab-made problems? That felt like an above ground issue.
Eddie was on the side lines, casually holding a gun in his hand that he had swiped from the man accusing his brother of not being his brother. At least there wouldn't be a shoot-out. But, he couldn't get anything resolved. When people noticed that Stephanie was heading out, they started to part like the Red Sea. Eddie was their mayor, but Stephanie was their Queen.]
Ah, now I hope you boys will behave yourself while she's here. [Eddie winked at Stephanie when he saw her, twirling the gun around on his finger.]
