[Cat didn't care about pets in the apartment above the train station, and she ushered Eddie, Stephanie, and their children inside. In fact, this place was painfully devoid of felines, but give her time. After all, she'd just moved in.] Reece gets the credit, but it does feel like my place near Robinson. Remember? [The memory was a good one, and it was nice to think of something positive in the wake of Stephanie's memory. Which, Cat was aware was terrible, since Stephanie had lived it. [Soap. She'd been about to say soap, but she never made it there. The memory was a long one, and Cat fell to her knees and braced one hand on the ground. She wasn't sick. She didn't give in to the churn and burn of bile from stomach to throat. She swallowed it down, and her fist curled and punched the ground repeatedly. It was a long memory, and it was terrible. It was obvious when it ended, because she blinked mossy eyes rapidly and pushed herself up. She moved around the space with determination, until she found a pen and paper in a drawer, and she started scribbling down anything recognizable she could remember from the memory. Names, the shape of the building, the landscape, names on uniforms, anything.]
