Re: [eddie/steph/cat steal a heart]
Eddie tugged on his green glove, smiling at Cat's eyeroll. It might have been that constant need to have one foot in the past, but Eddie liked how all of this felt. It reminded him of years ago, almost like they were getting a second chance. Cat more literally than the rest of them. He glanced between the two women and then turned to look back at the White House. Twisted and dark in this fantasy world.
"That place represents the wants and desires of Mr. Harold Helman, but none of it is real. People, things, actions. All parts of Helman's cognitive reality. The only thing that changes the real world is his treasure hidden deep inside of this palace." Eddie tapped a finger on his temple. "If we steal the ultimate treasure, all of Harold's twisted desires will leave his mind. The only thing he'll want is to be held accountable for his actions against these children."
He motioned for the women to follow him around towards the thorn bush of a rose garden. "That said, if we die in here, we die for good. And, if we kill him? He goes brain dead. We need to steal the treasure and nothing more." Eddie pointed to a small hole that was carved through the bushes that lead to the back door of the White House.
"The defenses are super heightened. Think of it like actually breaking into the White House after they got a terror scare. I can help lower the tech sensors, Cat you can do the stealth and Steph? You're our badass." He waggled his eyebrows at her.
