Capital: Sasha/Faol
He was sure this wasn't a good idea. Probably wouldn't crack the top 10 of his worst ideas of all time though, and maybe not even the top 20. It was a better idea than asking Sasha about her sister and what Cat had told him - he was sure of that. Family dynamics, especially between estranged sisters, could be hazardous to outsiders and he was definitely on the outside of this.
This was the better of his limited options and luckily enough, Cat couldn't have spelled it out any clearer. If something was going on with Sasha, better for him to find out here than for the team to find out in the middle of a mission when options were fewer and mistakes cost more.
By all accounts, this should be easy. Couple guys hauling in powder product - they seemed to have gotten smarter and realized a whole team would attract much more attention than a few hanging around. Too bad for them, he'd caught wind of it when someone in the laundromat had mentioned it being moved in tonight. Why people always assumed he didn't listen, Faol did not know. Maybe they thought he just didn't give a shit. Maybe, ugh, it wasn't worth fucking thinking about. His fingers drummed up against the wheel of the rented car.
Four door sedan, dark blue, almost black. Non descript. One of a hundred cars out, which was precisely why he'd chosen it. He pulled up, parked to the side of the bar and slid out. Unlike the car, he was in black, black t-shirt - loose to cover the gun already body warm up against his spine, black jeans, black boots, all black everything. His sniper he left in the trunk, along with the two assault rifles he wasn't supposed to own but did. It was probably overkill, but he'd rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them. That was the way of his world.
Locking the car behind him, he slid the keys into his pocket and went in through the front door, shoulders relaxed, gait easy as if he belonged in a scummy little dive in the bad part of town. It wouldn't be his first time in a place like this, wouldn't be the last.
