[Misha liked that tiny song real well. The sentiments, they made him think of Damian, and could be that came through in the singing. And, the hugging, that was for himself as much as for Damian, and he knew he had to make his throat work and say words that weren't set to music he heard in his head, but he wasn't finding it easy. Damian breathed warm 'gainst pale skin, and Misha almost pretended he didn't hear the muffled talking. But that would be cowardly, and being cowardly never did sit well with Misha. He was open 'bout feelings and taking his beatings, and he took a step back and looked at the other boy with pale eyes that looked like a mingle of hurt and confusion and anger directed inward.]
