She rolled her eyes and, youth aside, it was very Cat. "I don't care if he can turn into people or seduce with illusion. He can't take things from our heads and know what we know, can he?" She'd come a long way when it came to believing strange things from the world, but this was something she wouldn't believe. "Why would they need spies if someone could be a person, head to toe, without any training in emulating people? And you know the military would've already found a way to do it if they could. People like me, we're annoying little liabilities to them."
She took a bite of her burger, and she plucked a fry from the bag still nestled within the messenger bag. "Cat does look like this, though I suppose it's a compliment, the fact that you think there might be some latent desire for me in your head for him to fish out." She popped the fry past her lips.
But, ah, Damian. "You know, he's loyal to whoever loves him the most. He's a child. That's how children are."
