It matters to me and I have nothing better to do, pointedly nothing better to do than to listen. Bore me rigid, please. But if you blew your savings, you could still afford here.
Christ. All right. The place is worth a write-up because it's unusual. Incredible, actually but I have a suspicion it's all rather mundane for those who live there day to day. But it's distinctly easier to write rubbish in an email than it is to crystalize a place in words you intend to flog to somebody else. Particularly when you're out of practice for half a decade.
