Re: [Woods: Patrick & Raven]
Patrick wasn't mad. It took a lot to get Patrick really pissed, dude, and this frustrating lady wasn't going to manage it. Teenagers that left fires smoldering in the woods, they got Patrick slightly miffed, and it was a lot of work to get him to escalate from there. All good here, lady, and nothing to worry about. All right, so he was energetic when he talked to her, but that was just Patrick, dude. He wasn't a muted fella, ladies.
"Man, no, the howl was cute. Dude, you can't get all flat because I talk. I'm emotive. I think that's the appropriate word. Even if Dahl did send you, I'm not cranky about it. That would be some funny crap. Well done, Dahl."
But, all right, lady, don't go getting all pissy with the guy that was just trying to help you not get eaten by wolves.
Angry or not, she walked, and Patrick pushed away from the tree and fell into step behind her. Lady needed new shoes, and he mentally added that to the list of things he was going to dump in Con's lap. Con, the mute lady in the woods needs shoelaces. Poor Con, dude, sometimes Patrick did feel sorry for her. She adopted every raggedy stray in town, and that crap had to get old. Maybe if she and Dahl hooked up, Con would be happier and have something of her own. Patrick would like that.
"Dude, where did you even get your clothes?" He followed.
