Re: quicklog: louis/sam - the capital
[Sam was worried, huh? But not because Lou was in a dangerous part of town. Dangerous for HER or whatever, because, yeah, fucking and drugs, huh? They were two triggers for her, both distinct and unique and shoved the fuck together in the strip of buildings that blazed glowing red lights from a block away. Sam hadn't ever been to the real red light district, but she knew what that shit was, and she knew what THIS shit was. She knew because all the college kids knew, huh? It was a place that traveled by supersonic word of mouth. The kids from school went there to prove they were brave enough to go, and then they talked about it between classes on Mondays. Sam listened, yeah? While she was at her easel, she listened to stories, and she thought it was hella hysterical that these rich kids were talking about the fucking HELL her life had become for a while there, and they talked about it like it was a fucking weekend frat party. It made Sam feel old, huh? Despite not being old at all.
So, yeah, she knew where she was going, but she wasn't worried about temptation or anything like that. Nah, she was worried because Lou was in this place. LOU, who she was hella fucking sure hadn't gotten laid since D was sane, and what the FUCK was he doing out here? So, yeah, she was worried about that shit.
But finding the park was easy, and Sam climbed off the bike in overalls that were so fucking loose Cris' bulky old NYPD sweatshirt fit under them with room to spare. She pushed her sunglasses up against blonde made messy by the helmet she'd just pulled off, and she was looking for a tall blond, huh? But she didn't see Lou's sharp cheekbones and feminine mannerisms anywhere. Yeah, sure, there was a chick at the bench, and she figured that was Cris' cop with her, so she walked up to them.] Hey, I'm looking for my brother. He's supposed to be waiting here. Did Cris call you? [That was asked of the cop, and she looked back at the girl with the dyed blue hair.] Cool hair, huh?
[She pulled a pack of cloves from the pocket of her overalls, and she lit up. This shit was going to take longer than anticipated if they needed to go looking for Lou inside or something.]
