Re: Gwen/Felicity/Marta /Jason
[Gwen waited at the foot of the tower, but Felicity didn't come, and she started to worry that something had gone totally wrong. She knew Felicity had her luck ability, but she wasn't certain anything like that worked here. She hadn't tried her own, newfound abilities (which was probably an oversight on her part), but she was a little bit confused by the familiarly unfamiliar physical topography around her. But she wasn't in any way altered (not that she could tell), so she decided the best thing to do was go looking.
She posted a forum message, in case anyone was looking, but she didn't bother attempting to use the WiFi to contact anyone. Weirdly, none of her attempts to e-mail or use the WiFi to connect beyond the island seemed to work. She wondered if that wasn't a residual security measure in place. Whatever the reason, it totally didn't work, and she tucked the iPad back into her messenger bag. Anyway, nothing bad had occurred, and they'd wanted to see what the island's memory effects were. So, Gwen switched tactics. Instead of looking for a way to obtain help, she decided to focus on documenting the island phenomenon.
It was a more proactive endeavor, and Gwen liked being proactive. She headed toward the docks (tablet in hand), thinking it totally best to start at the beginning. She totally wasn't expecting to run into Marta, but there Marta was, somewhere between the track field and the science building.] Marta? How did you get here? [She looked over the girl's shoulder.]
