Re: In-person: Sam A/Cris M
[Ted. He's talking to Ted. Ted's the one that butted in, huh? But, there's no real force behind the words anyway and he's smiling. He isn't expecting the kiss to his cheek, and he turns to catch Sam's mouth with his. But, it's short and quick, so Tedito don't go complaining again. Then, he's down there, petting the dog, looking up at Sam, and he catches the fact that she's staring. He smiles, brief, almost shy under her blue gaze. Her fingers tug on his hair and he just leans into her leg like some big cat.
And he'll admit to feeling relieved when she asks him if he's loco.—The guy gets up on his knees in fronta her and wraps his arms 'round her, head to her belly in a silly sorta hug. He looks at her with one eye open and a grin on his lips.] I won't mention it, don't worry. I'd never do that. [He stands, taking her hands in his.] Alright, we just gotta get one box back to our place, huh? That's it.
[It seems like a fair compromise. And he helps, as best he can, trying to keep stuff folded or from breaking—including the puppy. It's no hard fit to get all that in the car, and so long as Sam holds onto Ted, it's an easy ride over. Easy too for the guy to carry it upstairs, having passed keys to Sam (her keys), so she can let them in. Real momentous, huh?]
