Re: Misha B/Jude C
no, and i don't think i've begun on a love-affair once, particularly because of exactly that, sunshine. but oliver i think likes to use barricades if he's scared of what's coming on from behind them. to love somebody, the way i thought he was beginning with you, it's giving them something without expecting anything in trade. oh, you can have it back, if it works beautifully, but sometimes it doesn't. sometimes love is just about handing things over and saying 'here i am' and be done with it. it's near terrifying, if you do it right, but oliver wants to have cake and eat it. i'm not talking about sex, i'm talking about the meat of human emotion. i can't come first and i shouldn't, not when he's got designs on being a one-person person. but he has to be prepared to give things, and he doesn't to me, not the way you'd have give and take.
will you let me know when you're up and about? are you allowed to leave in there?
i'm a con-artist, sunshine, i read people for a living. now i'm a bartender and it's much the same thing. briefly, we spoke and i told him he was a peach and he told me i was wrong.
