Kin scowled, more at herself for not being more aware of what was behind the corner before she rounded it than anything else. The man smelled like alcohol, it was layered on him in such a way that said it was a regular occurrence. She wrinkled her nose as she pulled to a stop, glancing over the stain with distaste.
"Should have steadier hands." Which was terribly hypocritical of her, seeing as her own hands shook on a semi regular basis when she wasn't careful or focusing on them but she liked to think she didn't spill things often.
The man was scrawny and unhealthy looking in a way that made her mark him as an easy target, not a threat and unreliable all at once.
