Re: [flash/gwen at the facility]
Gwen considered his words, and she tried to parse whether or not Reaper might temporarily find a more agreeable host (and then return to Flash). She had a super lot of questions about Reaper's abilities to communicate and/or independently cause action, but she thought maybe it would be better to find a way to clearly articulate them all before proceeding. Still, Gwen wasn't quite as careful about logic as she'd been a year earlier, so she tipped her head to the side a moment later, super curious. "If he did that, what would you do?" And she continued on, theorizing. "You'd totally understand, because you understand the way he thinks."
Then she was blushing about his comment about her non-scientific choices, but she was kind of worried about how little time they'd spent together, and she did want to spend time alone with him. The hallways and labs weren't as important, which was maybe super evident in the way she nudged up against his back impatiently as he tried the door.
That the closet was locked wasn't surprising (not in retrospect and with clear thinking), but Gwen hadn't been using her intellect very much when she'd let Flash tug her along. There was something worrying her, something that she couldn't find words for yet (or maybe she just didn't know the words at this juncture). She ignored it, and she frowned at the doorknob. "That's inconvenient." She looked at Flash. "Do you want to just give me the tour, or should we attempt to locate another private location?"
