Re: [flash/gwen at the facility]
She totally wasn't expecting him to pull her into his lap, but she was so unbelievably okay with it. She smiled so much it hurt her cheeks, and she tumbled onto him with legs akimbo and a turn to her waist as she draped her arms over his shoulders super quick. "Hi," she repeated inarticulately, which was super dumb sounding, but she didn't even care. People disappeared in a flurry, and she didn't even notice (which is notable because Gwen was totally into being observing).
She made a girlish whine of a sigh when he kissed her, and then she just kind of stared at him when he laughed. It was like she was a scanner, scanning his face for future retrieval as required. "You look really, handsome. Wait." She pulled her cell phone from the pocket of her skirt, and she snapped a super fast photo of him, and then she tucked it away again.
He asked stuff, and she kissed him again, super fast, before moving to straddle his thighs, knees on the chair beside his legs. Comfortable now, she totally missed the microwaving beeping (even with the distinctive smell of popcorn). "It's so awesome, Flash. The lab I work in is small, but there's no one else in it. I think there like three other scientists on my level. But it's super interesting, and I'm working on these people who call themselves star-people, but I think they have some kind of cellular phosphorescent manifestation or adaption. It's like a dream, which isn't super technical sounding, and I'm babbling." She was absolutely and totally babbling.
