As to Louis - ask him, but carefully. He would not like my interference, but I think I am past what you all might like, and into a desire for disruption and the chaos of trust. My method of delivery informs me that you are resident in one of my homes there. I have no objection, but I confess curiosity.
Safety and comfort are my definitions of contentment. You may assume my misery here, the people are cheap and without value. Loyalty is a foreign thing indeed. You might relate.
I do not recall previous occupants, nor do I have a preference to the method of entertainment you mention. Whatever keeps you most pleasantly occupied.
As to your other inquiry, I can report no great improvement in the city. Were I in the mood to buy, all would be for sale, and none of it worth a brass farthing.
