Penny answered the question by handing Clem her thermos full of honesty and grinned real wide. "I figure both of us ending up here has to be a real good story," she said sweet as she could manage, but even with all her schooling, Penny was still just a little bit rough around the edges.
She looked around her, little old ladies and their good luck charms, troll dolls and lucky fuzzy dice. She arranged her cards, decided a big fat blue marker was the way to go, and peered over at what Clementine had going on like that was going to give her a clue into some secret.
She looked over at the cards of the woman next to her, who didn't take too kindly to that, and Penny rolled her eyes, "Calm down Edith, I ain't spying on your stack, you just be careful with them pull tabs. You remember what happened last time you let your guard down and I bought out the barrel." Zing.
