Adam saw where he was supposed to go and approached slowly, hands shoved in his pockets, feeling like an idiot. He felt like a kid again, always in need of someone else's charity, not the mostly-functioning adult he'd grown up to being. "Hey," he greeted with half a wave, moving into Grant's line of sight. "Adam," he said pointing to himself and trying not to be intimidated by everything about this guy. He was huge wasn't he? Or maybe just broad. And handsome in that classic sort of way that everyone wished for. Definitely the kind of person who just looked nice enough to do things for people without being asked.
