Re: [Gala: Cat, Flash, Frank]
Cat slowed when Madison - no, Reaper - said their man was prize hunting. Now, Cat was good, and she was amazing on a rooftop, but there wasn't much she could do when the man had a fast car and a significant headstart. To say this wasn't how she'd planned this to go, well that would be an understatement. She listened as Reaper did his thing, and she turned around to acquire her vehicle.
"Give me coordinates once you run him down, or once you know which way he's headed. There's no way I can catch you on foot, so I'm going back for the car." Which, honestly, wouldn't do much good in this traffic, not with everyone piling out of the gala, and not with cops swarming the area, but she didn't have the bike, so she was just going to have to try some impressive maneuvering.
"It's all you, kid," she said, and she sounded a little aggravated at her own failure. Sure, she was better suited to intel thefts and quiet espionage, but she'd been looking forward to a chase tonight, and she was starting to think she wasn't going to get one.
