Re: [Gala: Cat, Flash, Frank]
This wasn't the first time Flash had seen someone get shot right in front of him and it sure as fuck wasn't going to be his last. Concern crossed his face but no empathy (a look his friends growing up would have recognized from his football star days) and he started to move. Catching Cat's eyes, he looked up towards the bullet hole and watched the window as another man crumpled and fall dead behind him.
Someone had the bright idea to scream and then the stampede started. In the chaos, Flash turned into a shadow, he morphed into nothing and oozed out into the night after the assassin. He reformed on the side of the church in a new outfit he was trying out and touched the comm at his ear. In a deep voice: "One second." The comm clicked off and Flash closed his eyes, using Reaper to sense anything off about his surroundings. The alien spiked, hungrily edging towards unusual activity on the rooftops and Flash followed behind. Not fast enough to see Frank get into another car, but enough that he understood what he was after.
"He's prize hunting." Reaper said, deep voice slow and nothing like the frat boy bro she had taken to the party. He gave cat the coordinates of the boss's car along with the make and model before diving off the roof and landing in a pile of goop on a red car next to the prize. Reaper smashed a hand through the windshield, pulled the driver out and muttered a "Sorry" when he realized it was a 20-something stoner pizza delivery guy.
The crash of some black goop monster caused chaos and then Russian took a sudden turn down a different street, speeding away through traffic lights and swerving around oblivious pedestrians. This wasn't going to be an easy hunt. Reaper let the pizza boy go and looked up, standing on the hood of the red car, and watching for the first vehicle to go speeding after the Russian.
