Re: log: flash/felicity mission
Reaper was going through the scientist's stuff. He wasn't exactly the smartest dude, but he could speak a little nerd if he knew what he was looking for. Plus, the alien that was attached to him seemed to know more, making soft clicking noises at papers diagramming some kind of dimensional portal. Why these goblin looking guys, though? "I don't think he knew what was going to come through. All things considered, we got lucky. Him, not so much." Reaper said, tapping the scientist's crystal tomb with his foot.
He turned to see what she was looking at and found himself staring at the void a lot longer than he should have. He knew there was probably a terrible, polluted goblin planet on the other side of that door (if sci-fi games taught him anything). He knew staring at it too long would make Reaper want to go explore. But, he couldn't help himself. A moment passed and with a grunt he snapped himself out of it. "That's got to be the way to where they came from."
Reaper turned, the edges of his cloak curling like tentacles as he tried to come up with a plan. "I can scare them into the hole and then we destroy the scientist's machines until the portal is closed." It wasn't an elegant solution, but an efficient one. Reaper reached inside of his cloak and pulled out a shiny, new black baseball bat. He held it out for her. "You stay here and make sure they all go in the portal. If they don't, wack them a few times and throw them in. I'll be right behind them to help."
