Perry settled down on his haunches again, perpendicular to the wall, and felt the comfortable stretch of who he was in his muscles and in the tilt of his head. He turned his chin and tipped the crown of his head sideways, and there was a pleasant crack of cartilage as he rolled his shoulders back. "Ohmigod that feels good." He sighed happily, and lifted one foot again to stretch his leg out against the wall, like a yoga position at ninety degrees.
More seriously, he said, "I think it would be better if we made a mess somewhere else, somewhere not far away. Find out kind of like, the stuff they're doing besides you, and screw it up. Make it so they're not successful, and they won't be as efficient in the science and military thing." He pause, thought.
"If you guys are right about how powerful these people are, then it's war. We need help."
