Adam looked up when someone else came in, not thinking too much of the guy or the state of his clothes. Adam's things were nicer because Jeff had money and he'd bought most of them. If he hadn't, Kyle had. Then when Jeff went to jail, Adam had sold all his stuff of worth to fund his trip. It wasn't like he was going to use it.
