Re: Log: Gwen/Jason
Gwen waited for him to express more interest or dislike in Star Wars, but he totally didn't. He just said he liked it okay, and then he confidently assured that they'd get her to see the movie. "I know I'll see it," she reiterated. Despite her lack of knowledge about the larger world, Gwen totally didn't intend to rely on anyone. She hadn't taken a bus to the city alone yet, but she would. She'd managed to escape the facility, and she'd gotten a job and an apartment and a new identity, and she thought all that stuff was a really good beginning for someone who hadn't ever been outside until recently. Okay, so the League had totally found her, but that was unavoidable, and she'd managed to work out a system with them. She hadn't just given in, so she thought she was doing pretty ok, all things considered, and she would totally make it to the movies alone.
"Is East Coast Chinese some super great place you love back in your place of birth? Or are you referring to the east coast of the United States?" she asked, and she reached over his shoulder and opened the cabinet when he asked for bowls.
She stepped away after, and she moved back to the doorway, in order for him to do whatever it was he was doing with the food. The place had come with some utensils and plates, and the plates were the kind that were mostly plastic. They were off-white and featured little gray dots, but they were super clean. Gwen was kind of a neat freak.
But there was one thing she needed to say, and it was better to get stuff over with early. "Are you going to tell everyone I'm a clone, or only people you consider to be requiring the information?" Okay, that probably wasn't supposed to be on the scheduled dialog for a visit, but she kind of wanted to know.
