Re: quicklog: babs/gwen
I really like music and movies from the mid to late 80s, and the mall was totally a thing then. [Gwen looked proud of her knowledge. She thought she kind of understood Babs' mall reference as a result, and understanding people when they were talking about things like that was new. Maybe she was getting better at being social. She didn't think she was significantly better, but she allowed for a tiny bit of improvement.
It wouldn't have surprised Gwen to see Peter and Jason show up. She knew Jason's feelings for Mbali were super complicated, but he seemed to like her in this really weird and guilty way. And Peter, Gwen knew Peter loved Mbali a lot. That data was in the memories she could access from the donor. But Gwen wasn't at all worried about them all sharing the same space. She wasn't even worried about Peter recognizing her (Gwen). She was just worried about what they might find inside the apartment.
But, inside, there wasn't anything to indicate bad things. Gwen knew what a decomposing body smelled like, since the League regularly tried to reanimate corpses, and that distinctively sweet smell wasn't present. With a mirrored sigh of relief, she went to look in the two bedrooms.] Are you deliberately trying to get me to argue about the obsolete nature of romantic relationships?
