Re: In-person - Cat/Dickie
"I think that's only fair, I mean I was in the middle of taking the trash out, that's kind of a big deal," He stepped closer to the fence, as close as he could without actually touching it. "Apparently they didn't get the memo about hotwires not being that effective at keeping cats off the lawn."
He stood back a little himself and watched her in the dark, blood pumping through his veins half wishing she'd said "in" because he totally could have made that jump. He grinned up at her and said as much, "Nice form, kitten -" and that was a worthy compliment coming from the man on the flying trapeze. "But next time you invite me over invite me in," he said reaching up and taking the IDs from those fancy gloves.
He thought about having her over to his new digs, but those weren't quite his digs yet and that just felt odd. "I'm between landlords right now, haven't learned the ropes with the new one yet - you got an address?" he asked grinning at her and looking over both sets of IDs before he secured the good set and less than secured the false set.
