Diner: Michael/Janis
There were a lot of people running around town worse off than Janis. Her hair was a little mussed and her new boots were done for, but all in all she wasn't that bad off. She'd also been through a lot worse in her days than a few crazy birds, so she wasn't even that traumatized. Mostly she was grumpy about the loss of sleep, because Janis cherished her sleep.
Janis put several sugars and two creamers in her coffee. She dug around in the creamer bowl a bit to see if there were any flavored ones, and finding herself disappointed, settled for uneventful regular. She peered down into her cup. "It's a little watered down."
She shot him a dazzling smile. "No one had to pressure me. I don't know that last night had the flavor."
