"Oliver isn't nosy at all, and I find it interesting that they're so different. Oliver says Jude just talks like that when he wants to impress someone. I'm kind of glad I'm going to be living somewhere on my own, sir." She tugged at one end of the granola bar's wrapper. "I think it needs to be something close to reality, or I mess it up. I'm not very good at deception." She tried to remember everything she'd agreed on with Jason. "I'm from Manhattan. She pulled the wrapper apart as he joked about her taste in boys. "She was kind of obsessed with this girl and everyone wanting her, and I think she harped on it so much that it eventually happened. It's kind of confusing in my head." She looked at the granola bar with uncertainty, now that it was free, and then she took an experimental bite. "Jason says he hates that I make him think about her, but that it's not as bad as it originally was."
