Watched. Arms crossed, glad of the decision made. Nodded when Rey held the clock out to Manning. Didn't know the man, but thought he was a solid choice. Seemed steady. Seemed grounded; Atticus could appreciate both of these things.
"We made it out in one piece," he said, grinning a lazy grin. Sure, he looked like shit, but this endeavor hadn't made him any worse for the wear.
Reclaimed the paperweight and put it back where it had begun. "Thanks to everyone for coming. Again, free food or coffee for anyone who needs it. For me, some much needed sleep." No point in not acknowledging he looked terrible.
Left the others to get food or not, as desired, and made his way to one of the vacant rooms, there to nap.
