Re: The Neighbourhood: Billy/Alex
It's easy, the contact, and it's a comforting moment even if Billy is distracted and trying to remember the last time he had physical contact with another person when it wasn't weighted down with baggage. Or a client, before he'd freaked out about the Ethan thing and let his regular appointments fall by the wayside for the last little bit. The guy's arid laughter pulls him back a half-step from the momentary shadow that had passed over his face and his mouth twists into a smile that doesn't hit his eyes all the way. That definitely makes him think about the Ethan of it all, and he feels a sour flip in his stomach.
"Trust me, I know actual pervy. Pervy is fine, mostly harmless. It's usually the guys who seem completely normal that end up being way worse." It's not quite a grimace on his face as he untangles his limbs from his spot on the couch next to Alex, standing up and grabbing a cooling slice of pizza to shove a bite in his mouth as he walks back towards the kitchen and stops at the bar cart he's got parked off to the side to fix himself a drink one-handed. Or not so much a drink; first the tiki shot glass that looks like Yoda, then a slosh of Jameson whiskey almost to the top. He glances over his shoulder at Alex. "But hey, enough about my problems. Feel like talking about what's been going on with Audrey? If not we can just put the movie on, it's cool."
