Planks for the core, squats for the booty and calf raises for the calves. Depending on how much clothing you want to wear maybe some deadlifts, clean and jerks, and bench press too. Personally a fan of pull-ups for the upper back and shoulders and climbing walls but YMMV.
Just remember to get your man to help you stretch first. ;)
