Re: In-person: Damian/Burden
If Burden was meant to experience embarrassment for his erection, it followed Damian ought as well. He did not. Shame, for Damian, centered around failing in his duty. It was not attached to his body in any specific way. Together, neither of them were embarrassed. Or so it went initially. Damian felt a sense of loss (and a small amount of resentment toward Burden) when the kiss reached its close. He only felt stupid for imagining it might continue.
He pushed this aside in his mind. He allowed his hand to be taken and he allowed himself to be towed along that lakeshore. The tremor of Burden's grip was not unfelt. Damian was thinking upon it, and the little information he had of Burden's shivershakes, when they arrived at what seemed to be their destination.
It was a house.
Damian frowned. Yet he did realize what it was. The photograph Leena had sent had been taken in this area. He recognized the geography and vegetation as much as anything else. This then was... proof? Damian looked back to Burden. "You are okay?" He asked first. Then, he glanced to the house and back to the boy. "Tell me of its significance."
