Well, quality in, quality out. I'd recommend something that isn't ground until you're ready to make it (so I guess you also need a coffee grinder), and then something that's nicely roasted also. Like, there's a couple of places over the in the Capital that roast their own beans and do a really fantastic job, they'd be a possibility. And if you don't have a grinder, they'll grind them when you buy them, which would probably work in a pinch.
