In another situation Hugh might have been self-conscious about how much he was talking. Not that he generally was, but sometimes one-on-one he was more so, but in this particular situation, it seemed fine and he didn't think Dietre minded, but there was the yoga, and he gave Dietre a warm flash of a grin.
"Yeah, I'll walk you through it and show you. I've never taught anyone yoga before," he added. He'd done dance classes, once. But that was a very different sort of situation. He flexed his toes, and then stretched out his legs and started in on some basic breathing, going through basic warm up poses, and taking Dietre through what each one of the first few poses would look like.
"It's alright if you can't do them each perfectly, the most important thing is to feel what your body can do, and let it work through those things individually. I'll walk you through them, now?"
And Hugh started in with an apanasana pose and quietly talked to Dietre through the process.
