Re: Near the Front Door: Dante & Mars
"No?" Dante's head instantly tilted slightly to the side at the other woman's insecurity around how her night was going. Though the commentary at the music caused the curious - and mildly concerned look - to instantly vanish from her face as a grin popped up. "I'm more into clubbing music, hard rock, and angry feminist power-pop myself but hey, sometimes you gotta switch it up, yeah?" The grin remained as Dante gave a quick look around to check for who was about them.
"But I promise I won't tell the hostesses and host if you'd rather I not." The grin remained and she'd slip in a wink for good measure. "What's your normal musical fare? Were you hungry? The food I've tried is pretty good." A passive gesture would be made towards some of the food without seeming like it was a demand, simply an open option. People generally responded well to the concept of food and maybe moving, or talking or eating would assist in calming the other woman's nerves.
