Re: Near the food: Hugh & Dietre
“Hmn…” Dietre hummed thoughtfully in his throat. “I suppose… If you don’t mind sharing.” He didn’t own the most varied wardrobe. There might be something that Aleksi left behind, though it’d likely be too big, not to mention the painful emotions going through what remained of his things would bring. It was for the best that he borrowed from Hugh for now.
Dietre didn’t think it’d matter if he actually liked yoga or not. The point of it was just to spend some time with Hugh. Even as he was wanting to get away from him, Dietre was looking forward to when they’d be together again. He hoped that given some time for reflection, he’d come to accept the inevitable fact that the man wasn’t interested in him, and when yoga class came around he could just focus on friendship and be happy.
“It was good to see you too, Hugh…” He lingered for a second or two longer, giving the man a smile that was small and wistful before he began to descend the steps. “Good night.”
With that he turned away, hands in his pockets, head slightly bowed. He couldn’t help but be self conscious as he walked down the street toward home. If there was anything he could be proud of from the night, however, it’d be how he managed not to look back even once.
