"Yeah," Alex agreed, and he would've agreed with the thoughts behind the sentiment if he was a mind reader. Which, probably fortunately for everyone, he wasn't. "It was kind of...depressing, to be honest," he said with a shrug of his shoulders. Just because Shiloh had said it didn't mean he didn't agree with the sentiment. "Now that it's a little more me, it feels a lot more like home. It's really the first place I've had that I can say that."
"I think one per week is like, fair," Alex said, trying to help. Because everyone should have milkshakes whenever they wanted them. "You know what's funny? The people who grew up here. They're like yeah no this is Repose you'll learn," he laughed, but it had an edge. He'd learned a few times. "I mean, they're not totally wrong, either. But weird stuff and all...I can't actually think of anywhere I'd rather be living right now."
