Re: Milkshake Bar: Ren & Alex
"Yeah a real bed's good -- even better when it's not just a mattress on the floor," Ren agreed. And really you didn't need much else. He'd done just fine with a mattress and a table, but it was nice having it like he had it now. He'd have never have been able to really put that together on his own - that sort of decorating wasn't his thing and he was glad that the Secret Santa had turned out, honestly. "Do you have more now?" He asked. "I mean, besides just the bed?"
Ren nodded, taking a sip of the milkshake he'd put together and smiling as the milky sweetness hit his tongue. Yeah. This was good. "I kinda had other plans, but turns out, it's alright here even with the weird shit. And I don't dislike making coffee for people and helping them find books they like or whatever. And sometimes directing plays." Maybe that was the thing that had surprised him the most - that he liked directing almost as much as acting, maybe more. He snorted a laugh, and nodded. Alex had no idea why Ren might be interesting to someone, but there were possibilities. Maybe more now that he knew part of what Rey had come to track him down to tell him. He took another sip. "Glad to have full control over my blinds and no holes in my walls now."
