Re: lakeside mansion: Hugh C./Aedan B.
Hugh flashed a quick grin at Aedan's laugh. There were places in Repose to dance maybe but a crossroads - leastwise any near Lakeside - didn't seem like the smartest notion. There might be places deeper in the woods, but Hugh had never been someone to go deeply exploring in the woods, or even really be an outside sort of person.
He listened, and thought that a girl who was a personal assistant didn't entirely count as not being a hermit. It might depend upon the relationship, but Hugh had people who came to do his yard, and people who came to clean the house, and an agent (again) and none of those had kept him from feeling lonely and separated out from everyone. And maybe Aedan had his reasons for that, Lord knows Hugh definitely had his reasons for not being around people.
At the sight of the iPhone, Hugh stepped forward. "I do actually, if you want we can just connect it to my WiFi and bluetooth it to the speakers." Which would make it a little nicer in terms of listening, and it was easily done to enter his WiFi password and connect it to the larger speakers in the house, but particularly this room.
"Alright, so," he pulled his thoughts back to the night on the train trying to remember what Aedan who hadn't been Aedan had taught him who hadn't been him that night. It ought to have been easier to remember as the school boy he'd been really hadn't known steps at all, and had been all nerves at the notion of dancing with a pretty woman. Hugh knew the steps, and he could tell the difference between flat out nerves from dancing with someone and the flutter of anticipation that came from dancing with someone new. "Refresh me on the steps?"
