I really don't know this that well.
I know, like - I literally only rented one place in Seattle, and I was lucky enough to stay there for most of the five years I was there between UW and leaving. It was this building that offered rent controlled apartments for artists - so the most complicated piece was that I had to watch my total income for the year, so I didn't price myself out of it. When I was at UW, I mostly did subleasing and moved around a lot, and it was a pain in the arse, but it was cheap.
With Repose - I don't know if there's a company in the capital that does renting or not, I doubt there's anything local. Of course, people may know other people better and be able to vouch for landlords here than somewhere large like the Capital or Seattle.
