I mean, you can move in with someone who already has a lease or owns a house and works out details. That may be the least expensive option, but doesn't necessarily always have stability because you're subletting. You can look for someone who is renting an apartment that they own - benefits, may be less rent, potential cons, if they're not a good landlord, you may get stuck in a place that has issues. Or you can look for a company that rents properties - benefits, you can probably get easy references on that company to make certain they keep up with the property and that sort of thing, potential cons may be more expensive, and/or less flexibility in the contract.
