She grinned right back and took another bite of her breakfast, the runny, golden yolk melted on her tongue with the avocado and Audrey sighed at the rich flavorful bliss. She had just tucked a lock of dark hair behind her ear when he offered the movie room to her. She swallowed. "Really? I'd feel a little strange watching it without you around. We can... we can have days like this, okay? Together. Food, movies, good company and precious pets." A warm smile danced over her lips, kind, hopeful that lit up her face, quietly glowing.
"Oh, definitely. I would love to meet Cinnamon and Espresso, who would approve of your drink, I hope." Audrey chuckled slightly leaning back in her seat, but her shoulders hunched ever so slightly when he brought up family, tensing in a faint concave--barely detectable unless paid attention to.
"Ah.. yeah, I am here with my parents and brothers, the twins." She quickly indulged in another bite, chewing much, much slower than before.
