Re: [in-person: holly & noah.]
[Holly was glad of any time he got to spend with Noah, but he was really glad when they arrived at the empty gym parking lot. Which, yeah, was maybe obvious given how quickly he got out of the Jeep, even with the effort it took to, you know, get out of the Jeep. Still, yeah, he didn't make it inside without needing the stronger meds, and he swallowed them down dry, even while Noah was talking about the water inside. The goal? Was to have the meds kick in before the shower and the bed and all the good stuff that was keeping him moving right now. Because, yeah, okay, maybe he'd overdone it a tiny bit.]
You're not getting blazed without me. [Was what he said as he hobbled his ass back to the door, where he waited for Noah to open it. Yeah, he could've tried the balancing on one leg thing, but, nah. He waited. And if Noah did open the door, Holly worked his way inside it.
The heater control was next to the door, and he leaned in and hit at it blindly, just wanting it warm. Noah could, you know, adjust it. And the bed was right there and so fucking close, visible in the slight moonglow from the windows, but Holly knew that getting up from that mattress once he was down on it? Yeah, wasn't going to be easy. So he didn't immediately collapse, as much as he wanted to. He pivoted and looked back at his red-nosed husband.] Light us up, and then help me get out of these clothes? [He was so sagging, crutches shoving up hard against his pits as he waited for Noah to get everything inside, to unload, to light up, to do whatever he was gonna do before they made for the showers and the fucking heat that Holly was anticipating to the point of nearly salivating.]
