Hugh nodded, as he considered this description. Truthfully, magic wasn't something he knew. It was something in books, or television, or films - and it wasn't anything that was real, except that this was Repose so of course it actually was. Although he couldn't with any real knowledge differentiate between witches and other magic users - he had no real concept of a definition between those two entities, or what other types of people or beings might have magic.
