Re: The Enfant Terrible/The Jaded
Kelly was in a very good mood this evening, even though he really shouldn't have been seeing as how the train's delay meant that they were bound to be late for the festival he was headlining. But yesterday, Kelly had the good fortune of getting some reiki energy work in a Whole Foods parking lot from a woman who was selling her wares out of the back of an old van(she made the cutest, little miniature mandala throw rugs for bird houses), and it must have worked because Kelly was legitimately way less stressed than he deserved to be... or maybe it was because of the valium.
Whatever the cause, he was in full social butterfly mode. So much so that he gleefully grabbed onto his new friend without being scared away by those unfortunate nail beds. "You!" He tugged merrily on the guy's wrist. "You have to come settle a disagreement for us!" Kelly then dragged him into the party compartment, which was packed like a sardine can with people and cigarette smoke. It was one of those two bed compartments, but both beds were now functioning as places for people to sit while the space in between was crammed with standing people and dancing people alike. There was music coming from somewhere, but it was mostly lost beneath so much shrill laughter and boisterous conversation.
"Hold onto my hand!" Kelly advised while dragging the mohawk through. It was playful advisement as the room's doors closed and the crowd pressed in. The room held more people than seemed physically possible.
