Re: Shiloh/Mao
How could Mao resist the lure of a late night arcade party? Simply impossible. Especially when it seemed there may be some interesting characters there. He had been increasingly avoidant of people lately, save for Vaughn. The more of a demon he became, the more cautious he was beginning to be, even here in Repose where supposedly something supernatural was around every corner. Mao still hadn’t met anyone else like himself, but maybe tonight he would. If not, then at the very least he’d have some fun.
He came dressed all in black, slim black pants and a too-big-for-him black sweater he had ‘borrowed’ from Vaughn’s closet. There had been no talk or suggestion that this was a costume party, so Mao stayed subtle, wearing the cat ear headphones he got from a secret santa the last time he was in Repose. Not one, but two fake black tails hung down from under the sweater, easily missed in the dark. He wore sunglasses too, not for fashion, but to hide anything strange his eyes might do without his knowledge.
Mao focused on games when he first arrived, playing a fair bit of Marvel vs. Capcom (Gambit and Lilith were his go to duo) and of course, DDR. It went without saying that he was one of those people who didn’t just play DDR, but actually danced the whole time too. He had hoped to find a Dance Crush machine for this reason, though didn’t expect to as they were somewhat newer and this arcade was retro themed so he was out of luck.
After showing off, he went on the prowl. He eyed the guy on the pinball machine for a moment before approaching. He pointed to the beer bottle in his hand, “Where’d you get that?” Mao wouldn’t be twenty one until Halloween, but that never stopped him before.
